Acceptance of Terms

By using Prime.gs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform. Continued use of the service means that you understand and accept these rules.

Service Description

Prime.gs is an independent streaming platform for hosting and watching live streams. We provide the technical platform, streaming, viewing, communication, and moderation tools, but we are not the author of user content and do not control what users create or show in their streams. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, temporarily limited, or changed to support the operation of the platform.

Paid Services

Prime.gs may offer paid digital services. The current price, term, and scope of a service are displayed before a purchase is confirmed. By making a payment or using primary balance funds, you confirm your order for the selected service on the displayed terms.

• Premium provides paid access for the selected period to additional platform features. The benefits are listed on the Premium page and may change for future subscription periods without shortening a period already purchased.
• Advertising placement is a paid service for displaying advertising materials in selected areas of the platform according to campaign parameters. Advertising must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and Prime.gs rules; non-compliant materials may be rejected or removed.
• A payment may first be credited to the account’s primary balance and then charged when Premium, advertising, or another paid service is purchased. Bonus balances and free promotional credits are not money and cannot be withdrawn.

Eligibility

Use of the service is permitted to persons who have reached the age of 13 (or the age of consent in your jurisdiction, if higher). Persons under 18 require parental or guardian consent. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from using the service.

User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

User Content and License

Creators, streamers, and other users are responsible for the content they post or show on Prime.gs, including streams, chat messages, profile images, descriptions, and other materials. By posting content on the platform, you confirm that you have the right to publish it and give Prime.gs permission to display, store, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.

Streaming Guidelines

When streaming, you agree to:

• Stream only your own or properly licensed content
• Comply with applicable laws of your country and countries where your content is accessible
• Create content that complies with the Community Rules, platform rules, and these Terms

Prohibited Content

• Content that violates laws or encourages illegal activity
• Hate speech, discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, gender, orientation, etc.
• Graphic violence, abuse of humans or animals
• Harassment, stalking, bullying, threats
• Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights
• Pornographic and other adult content (18+)
• Spam, artificial inflation, automated distribution, abuse of platform features
• Impersonating another person or organization without permission

Termination

If you see content that violates the platform rules, third-party rights, or the law, you can send a report through the tools available on the website or by email to abuse@prime.gs. We review reports and may restrict access to content, a stream, or an account when we find a violation. We may also suspend or terminate a user's access to the service for violating these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Prime.gs provides the technical platform "as is" and does not guarantee that the service will always work without errors or interruptions. We do not confirm or guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety, or quality of user content, because creators and users are responsible for the content they post.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Prime.gs, its owners, operators, and representatives are not liable for user content, user actions or omissions, temporary unavailability of the service, technical failures, data loss, lost profits, indirect losses, or any claims related to using the platform or being unable to use it. You use the service at your own risk and agree not to bring claims against Prime.gs related to other users' content, moderation decisions, changes to the service, or termination of access, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and costs that arise from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of other people's rights.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms apply to the extent allowed by mandatory laws. If the laws of your country give you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights remain in effect. Disputes are handled according to applicable laws and the rules of competent authorities.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are the agreement between you and Prime.gs about using the service. If we do not enforce a right immediately, that does not mean we waive it.
