Copyright Protection

Prime.gs respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright infringement complaints. When we receive a proper notice, we review it and take action under applicable rules, including the DMCA where that procedure applies.

Service Provider Status

Prime.gs is a technical platform and does not pre-screen all user content. We review disputed material after receiving a proper complaint or notice. If the complaint is confirmed, we may remove the material, restrict access to it, or take action against the user account.

Filing an Infringement Notice

To file a copyright infringement notice, send it to abuse@prime.gs. The notice must include:

• Electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• URL or other specific location of the material you believe infringes rights
• Your contact information (address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner (under penalty of perjury)

Knowingly false notices may result in legal liability. You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) caused by misrepresentation in the notice.

Review Process

We process a proper complaint or notice within a reasonable time. If an infringement is confirmed, we remove or disable access to the material and notify the user.

Counter Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or as a result of misidentification, you may file a counter notice. Upon receipt of a valid counter notice, we may restore the material if the copyright owner does not file a court action within the statutory period.

A counter notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, your contact information, and consent to court jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringers

Under our repeat infringer policy, we terminate service access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. The decision to terminate is at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Prime.gs is not the author of user content and is not responsible for materials posted by users before receiving a proper complaint or notice. Our role is limited to reviewing the submitted complaint and taking reasonable action when a violation is confirmed.
